Wabisabi Cycling offers short and long-term 輪行袋 (rinko bag) rentals for cyclists travelling in Japan.
The rental includes:
- Rinko bag
- Shipping to your hotel (or other address)
- Prepaid return shipping label that can be sent from any convience store.
- Basic packing instructions in English
Bags can be shipped to hotels, hostels, guesthouses, and other addresses within Japan.
About the Rinko Bag

We rent you the Monbell Quick Carry L. A bag where you only need to remove the rear wheel which protects your rear derailler and lets you get the bike quickly into the bag.
Rental Pricing

Shipping within Japan is included. You pay 10,000yen total for security upfront then upon safe return, we will refund the difference.
Returning the Bag
A prepaid return label is included with the rental. Bags can be returned via Yamato Transport or most convenience stores.
Important Notes
- Availability is limited, please send the request form and wait for confirmation (we will send a Stripe payment link)
- Riders are responsible for loss or severe damage (dirt is acceptable, but holes or missing parts, failure to return will forfeit the refund)
- There is an extra 500yen charge each way for shipping to/from Okinawa and Hokkaido
- Payment processed through Stripe (if you are already in Japan, we can accept furikomi)
